Challenge

As a leading real estate and investment management firm, JLL’s reach and impact spans globally. It’s hard not to walk down the block of your favorite metropolitan city without visiting or viewing one of the many buildings within the JLL portfolio. Its global footprint comes a workforce of 100,000+ and with this scale comes many scale challenges.

Two core challenges JLL experienced was getting responses on their surveys and also finding a way to quickly collect qualitative information from a diverse group of business leaders without having to spend weeks and months scheduling calls or hosting long team meetings. The Technology Solutions team responsible for supporting JLL’s Work Dynamics business needed to quickly collect information across its leadership team in order to build sales enablement material for a major RFP within a time crunch. 

Solution

Instead of having to spend a ton of time scheduling and conducting team meetings or sending traditional surveys, JLL replaced this with Voiceform.
