Create an NPS survey
A score, then a spoken question that asks why.

Create a Voiceform survey called Post-purchase NPS. Add an NPS question, then a voice open end that asks why they gave that score.

What you can ask it to do

The assistant can create and update surveys, questions, logic, webhooks, and folders, and list results. Same surface as the public API.

See the account and the surveys already in it.

List my Voiceform memberships, then list the surveys in the first one.

Add a voice question
Put a spoken open end on a survey that already exists.

Add a voice open end to my latest Voiceform survey that asks what almost stopped them from buying.

Add skip logic
Keep the path short for people who are already happy.

How to connect Claude

Claude.ai

Same sign-in as ChatGPT. No API token.

    Add the connector

    Use the MCP URL https://mcp.voiceform.com/mcp.

  2. Step 2

    Allow access

    Sign in with your Voiceform email and password and click Allow. Tools show up after that.

Claude Desktop and Claude Code

When the app accepts a remote MCP URL with headers, use the same token setup as Cursor.
